Glass is a separable and amorphous non crystalline structure.
The glass is made by fusion of quartz sand, which is the main component of shaper, one or more compresses and one (or more) stabilizers.
If no stabilizer is used, then the glass becomes brittle and breaks down from the water.
Ordinary glass is made by fusion of quartz sand (SiO2), sodium carbonate (soda, Na2CO3), potassium oxide (K2O), calcium carbonate (ca. limestone, CaCO3), magnesium carbonate (MgCO3) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3 ).
Depending on the type and percentage of compresses and stabilizers, different types of glass are obtained.
Glass producers face constant challenges in maintaining quality in order to achieve efficient production while complying with technical specifications.
The optimal production process requires continuous control of the raw materials and the final product in order to:

●  knowing the chemical composition of the raw materials the load of the oven can be calculated so that the final glass has the correct chemical composition

to confirm that finished glass meets the strict requirements and specifications of the market.
